Every year its another shady issue with this company. The app made me purchase delux saying that I HAD TO in order to file. then at the end a surprise $40 fee. Just another way for them to scam money out of people. Meanwhile i filed under the free app got no help/ assistance did it all myself. Yet some how still had to pay.
