Software is confusing and designed to trick you

while the customer service was great, the way you have the software steer you into automatically ordering the most expensive version is ridiculous. Even though I have used this software for years I came very close to saying screw it and choosing another option. This company should be ashamed of itself for being so manipulative and confusing.

Pretty shiesty and GREEDY to charge a $40 processing fee to take my money... How are you going to charge someone for taking their money?! Not to mention the promo you guys run. Nothing makes me angrier than being a loyal customer for years just to be charged multiple fees, but "NEW" customers get to file their taxes for free. LOL. WHAT A JOKE. I still cannot get over the FORTY DOLLAR "processing fee"... for taking money out of my tax return to pay yourselves... TurboTax: "You have to give us money because we took your money"... HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE?! Next year y'all can eat a bag, because we outty 3000 boiiiiiaa .
