Great first time experience

This was my first time ever using Turbotax. I found it to be easier than I imagined it would be. I'm pleased with my first time experience and w!ill definitely use again in the future

Turbo Tax business bust

it's a useful tool, however, it seems as if the services are getting more expensive each year that I use it. I don't need my stuff from last year to be saved. I just need to get in, do my forms, and get out. I keep my papers on file and I should have the option to start over fresh. The fees that come after would be fine.

keep having issues with the EIC not matching what the name and social security. I had to try to pull up all the forms to see what and where it was missing

It took a lot of time to verify my email just to get a verification code. I have never been charged to file state taxes.
