Turbo tax makes it simple to do my taxes. The site is also very user-friendly and walks you through everything that needs to be done. The only complaint I have is that there are hidden fees that seem to increase every year. Probably still cheaper than going to an accountant, but the fees are definitely increasing.

I use Turbo Tax for the conveniency of how easy it is to use. However, I might find a new tax service because I am tired of the hidden fees that they decide to drop on you at the end of filing. Charging $40 for state and another $40 for federal, then acting as if I actually got it at a lower price by putting a random number next to it and slashing it out. Which, fine, whatever, employees have to be paid somehow I guess. But then ANOTHER $40 fee for "processing"? Come on now. Processing of what??
