Always had a good experience using this service. Will continue to use it. Price is a little higher than in previous years, but still worth it.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Works great, shouldn't be needed

Turbo Tax itself works great, pulls in information from previous years making it quick to file. The animations are unnecessary though. They seem to make it want to look like it's uploading files or checking work or doing something to the form, but it's just an animation, nothing more. Taxes could be easier, as the government has all of this information and could send us a pre-filled form. It was almost done a few years ago except for the lobbying of Turbo Tax and other Tax Filing companies to keep it complicated. If it wasn't for ease of use, I would be filing independently
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Rip Off

Shows for deluxe a fee of $29.00. You charged $49.00. Pricing does not match.
Paid $88.00 just to get a $109 tax credit, all for adding that I paid for child care for my dependent. Rip off.
