Turbotax is RIPPING us off!!

I thought this used to be free... Wrong, as I am moving along it continues to let me know if I want to upgrade I can, but I can still continue with the free version. Of course I go on with free version. Halfway through BAM!! "To continue with your returns, you must upgrade to deluxe." Don't worry though its on sale for now even though you can only do your taxes within a time frame. Whatever I do it anyways to get through it. Then all the sudden I have to pay a total of $118!! Completely dumb don't advertise free then charge people to do a simple 1099-R which I filled out myself, But you want to charge me to ask me questions for 45 more minutes and acting like the BMV and keep telling me I need about 20 more piece of paperwork to Identify myself. Pathetic

I think it very unfair that you charge me for the filing but an additional $40 for using my refund to pay for the fees. This is the last year I will use your services.

Very Different this year

Was more consent forms this and if not in the legal field, unsure if I was supposed to agree or disagree. Not sure I will use Turbo in the future as my return was not what i paid for previously and mine is very simple.
