Disappointed with 3rd party fees

The additional fees and processing fees are ridiculous, especially for the state of the economy and a single parent on a very limited income who depends on every penny; but felt obligated to pay the NEW processing fee for the third-party vendor you contracted with, due to time is of the essence in receiving these funds.

Turbo Tax is misleading!!!!

I was told this was free if this was the first time filing with Turbo Tax and of course I got charged $90. You should refund me my $90!!!!
