FIrst time user of any tax program on my own. I am disappointed that although I had seen commecials on television that first time users could use your services for free, I could not find that anywhere in the process and so have been charged by you.

Complicated fees

The fees are not explained enough, it’s very hard to figure out what you have to pay for and what you don’t. You are CONSTANTLY bombarded with upgrade request. I don’t make complicated taxes, regular jobs and kids. I shouldn’t have to pay such high fees to do my own taxes! I will be looking for another place to file for free next year. I don’t make a ton of money and 80 is a lot for my family.
