bait and switch, say its free then force you into paying. so much time goes into this that its not worth re doing!
you pay a lot of money and get no help at all! very frustrating! force you into paying extra fees. "free" will end up costing you $120 plus! last time i will ever be using!

TurboTax works

It works well. I have trouble navigating if I pause; it stops and I have to start again and go through lots of steps I have already completed. But, mostly it works well. I also resent that throughout the process it prompts me to spend more money that I don't need to spend. $39 dollars a pop for a software program you use once a year is a plenty.
