Good product but i shouldn't have to pay for a product to file my taxes for me. The government should be able to do that themselves.

Smooth process. Helpful explanation for self employed income which was the first time I had to file with some of that included in my joint income. Also multiple 1099R forms were able to be easily uploaded via a picture app.

Never again

This was absolutely the worst experience ever. It took me an hour to cracked one simple mistake and to top it off I thought I was on the free site or charge me $88 to do my daughters taxes for $150 refund unbelievable never again!

Turbo Tax is great

Easy to use, not free but not complicated. They have experts to help but that costs more. I have been using them for years now and have not been disappointed. I will continue to use them because it's very easy...if you have easy taxes. I don't know about children but I like Turbo Tax a lot.
