NOT FREE AT ALL!!

You get 0 assistance, yet they find other ways to charge you. $49 for filing my federal that's supposed to be free. $39 for my state. $25 for getting direct deposit. And the kicker, $40 for choosing to pay using my taxes. total of $159 paid to them for me filing my own taxes. I see why they got sued. If I could give this a half of a star, I would've.

Turbo Tax works for me

Turbo tax is fast and easy to use. This year I had some trouble getting the program to give me the option to roll over my 401k to a Roth IRA. It kept trying to tax me income on my 401k distribution, when it wasn't income because I was rolling it into another retirement account. I finally got it to work, though. I just think more questions should be asked when importing 1099's. Other than that filling was a breeze this year minus the one hiccup.
