Its okay if you don't have other options

easy to use, constant bombardment to add more expensive options and often try to make it unclear how to proceed without added extras. Removed the free option, lots of hidden fees. If they weren't throwing money at politicians to keep taxes complicated there wouldn't be a need to use it.
