I do not have to submit a review and do not appreciate being bullied into it. I also do not appreciate the barrage of emails I receive when I start my return. I will be finding a new service next year.

It’s very easy to use. But if you’ve been using this for a long period of time( more than 3yrs) . What happen to $1 appreciation days. That’s all I’m saying. My check is taxed, my groceries taxed, my car taxed n my kids tax me er’day(but my kids at least have a return tax policy by buying me something with the money 😂)
