I like to use Turbo Tax because the system walks me right through the process so easily. I feel comfortable with it, and I use it every year. The continuous improvements feel seamless and transition smoothly, so any changes don't feel so noticeable (or painful.) I like the encouragement provided along the way, the offers of support, the fact that I have options for help if I need it. I feel safe using the product on my laptop and my phone. I find that my tax forms are accurate and I complete everything very quickly! Thanks for the opportunity to share!

I use it every year no problems then this year it filed my federal without my state then 3 weeks later made me refile it all. I’m going through a lot right now is and it was a big inconvenience. Won’t be using again

Inaccuracy about Free Edition

Filed our joint return in less than an hour. Hardest thing I had to to was go get my wallet to confirm my driver's license information for my electronic signature... so easy!

I encountered a few issues with my tax forms and had asked for an agent to call me back, and he did within the time frame they said I would receive a call, and the agent was very helpful and clear with his answers and helped me finish my return.
