Amazingly simple and helpful! I love that it remembers last year's information and asks me all the right questions.

I've used TurboTax for many years. I've called in and spoken to an expert in previous years. All my experiences have been great. I am grateful to have this option and I feel secure when using it.

The only issue I have is that it skips certain sections initially, and these sections don't appear unless you go back.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved
