It's user-friendly, except, it's too redundant for some of the steps.

I LOVE TURBO TAX!!!

I have been on turbo tax for 9 years. I started using turbo tax from day one, when turbo tax really was free! I've never known anything else. I can say that I am able to feel protected knowing that I am the one in control and if I need help it's there. Also you can't put a price on things that are really made to help enhance because I don't know where I'd be if it wasn't for turbo tax. For gosh sakes they even hold all of your previous tax information; Login, download and be on your way! Easy at your fingertips. THANKS TURBO TAX!

Some premium fee appeared at the very end for no reason. the prices are insane.
Also it is very annoying that they always try to upsell you other packages
