I love using turbo tax because how it helps you feel comfortable with filing your tqaxes by yourself. They explain everything every step of the way and when i cross check it with other tax preparers the information is always accurate.

This was a bad file

It moves so fast that I will accidentally click something incorrect & not be able to go back to it for revision. Drives me insane, & not only that I just lost $167 in order to do my taxes. I didn't ask for deluxe when I was trying to change my address info & card, but now I can't get a refund & am already struggling so heavily financially. Thanks.
