Can't change Fees rip off

Turbo tax is great to use but picking the right product can be confusing I click on start for free but when I got to the end it was charging me $49 and it doesn't allow you to go back and change it this part I think is a total rip off by the company

usually the site is free if you file before 2/18. I was charged 80 bucks plus an additional 40 to pay with my returns. I feel like this was not the right thing to do and I'm not understanding the reason.
