Easy to use

Thinking about using a different service next year

I have been doing my own taxes with TurboTax for more than 5 yeas now. I am extremely happy with how quick and easy the process is. For this, I would give 5 stars. But now, I'm having to pay to have my taxes deposited into by bank account. WHY??? How is this fair? Also, last year I had to pay a $25 fee to get my taxes back 5 day early without an option to choose no. I did not get my taxes 5 days early. Even though I was not charged, I feel that it shouldn't have had a fee if no other option was available.

Turbo Tax is Amazing

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2018. It never disappoints, only I don't like is that now they are charging, the amount isn't to bad, but still I don't like that. Keep it free.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
