not well. I dislike the fact that I am a low income person, and turbotax/ federal and state governments take way too much from the poor. welcome to America, ID RUN

easy to use unexpected fees

simple and easy to use, the only downside for me is the changing fees i started with a free return then it was going to be a charge of $88 for both state and federal and at checkout it again changed to $140 not sure where these add ons come in

I LOVE TO USE TURBO TAX I JUST WISH THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY SO MUCH MONEY FOR THE PROCESS I NEED ALL OF MY MONEY BEING A SINGLE MOTHER BUT I LOVE THE SYSTEM SO I THANK YOU TURBO TAX

A Good Product for a Terrible Time (Taxes!)

I have been using TurboTax for years and it is a very intuitive system and I have tried alternatives over the years and every option I have tried has ended with the same results and usually costs more than TurboTax.
