I spoke with one of your Turbo tax specialists about an issue I was having with the entry of a 1099 R form that prevented me from continuing to e-file my returns. She was exceptionally helpful and pleasant to speak with. I find that so important in providing good customer service. I wish I remembered her name as she deserves recognition for her superior customer service.

It was pretty easy considering we used turbo tax last year. W-2 entering was a breeze this year.
It is a little pricey for DIY but the return is well worth it.
