Easy to use and explains everything well when I need more understanding on something. I compare my return on TurboTax vs a few other companies every year and TurboTax always ends up getting me more money.

This was not free as advertised. i decided to do them myself instead of paying my accountant since they were straight forward to save money.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
