TurboTax did what it was supposed to

it only took a day and a half to finish my Federal and State returns. The process was fairly clear. The one negative was being subjected to an AI who could not management my question. I eventually figured it out on my own. My question had to do with a number that made me review all my work, thus the process could have been shaved to just one day.

Didn't use live expert but found, once again, that using Turbo Tax is super easy and fast. Great product.

$90 dollars to file my return is ridiculous! I have the basic version which is already $50 and you tack on another $40 just because?! This will be the last year I file with you.
