Mostly easy to use

Mostly easy to use, my only problem was filling out the information needed for filing form 1099-R. I couldn't find in any of my documents if there was an RMD. I compared with previous 1040 forms filed by a professional for us, and made sure this one looks the same before filing. It would be helpful if could you provide a more detailed explanation for these retirement distributions.

Great Tool

I love using Turbo Tax online as it allows me to be InCharge of my taxes. I can do it anytime that is convenient for me and if I need to stop it saves my work. It is a great tool. The only thing I would like to see changed is the ability to print the comparison year table. It would be very helpful to review where I stand on my withholding as the year passes.

I use TurboTax every year for its simplicity and helpful resources. I'm always excited to get my W2 because I know I just have to log into TurboTax to mostly verify information and submit! I'm so glad TurboTax exists!

*Fairly Quick & Easy Filing*

I filed by myself at first without any support, but Turbo Tax told me to upgrade to Deluxe for my HSA contributions, but it said $0 in the summary.... I contributed $880 to my HSA this past year and TurboTax tricked me into upgrading to the Deluxe plan because of it. When I filled it out it still said $0 in the end, so I probably didn't need the "Deluxe" plan after all. I haven't used my HSA card at all this year so it probably didn't factor into my return at all. Now I'm short $88 of my return. However, filing everything else was pretty straight forward and simple. The Learn More links/Side-Bars are helpful when filing on your own.
