I've been using TT for many years; this year I found it to be more difficult than any other year. Too much advertising regarding TT products. It just wasn't as smooth as in previous years and my return is an easy one.
I found the agreement at the end difficult to understand; had to reach out to the 800 phone number. I spoke to Deserae; she was very helpful
I will continue using your product since I don't like change and you have my previous tax year information.
