I was given great service with my second phone call, the lady I talked too showed great respect and patience as she helped me work through my issues. She deserves lunch on me!
The one issue I had is that I could not pay with my return and it took me 3 days to get this issue solved because it was hard to locate the right number to call, and I ended up calling a number and got lucky to get with a human and not a robot by spamming 00000. Once they got on the phone the issue was handled swiftly. Thanks.
