HATE TurboTax

Too many screens, just give me the forms and let me fill in the blanks. When you had the box about getting the return in 5 days you didn't say it would be $5. You tricked me out of that money. Quit asking users to pay for additional services when I already said NO! Why is it all online now? what about downloading the turbotax to my computer? Now all I have is a pdf.

Paying to do our taxes needs to stop

Obnoxious prices, stop lobbying to make us pay you to do our taxes when I did everything myself. No one helped me and I still have to pay a ridiculous amount just for you to send the info to the IRS who conveniently has all the info already.

Love Turbo Tax it is fast, easy and efficient. My favorite thing is that they store my information from previous years so I don't have to start over every year.
