Turbo tax is a scam

There’s no more 0 to file that’s a whole lie and on top of that now there’s an extra 40$ processing fee . I’ve been using turbo tax for over five years and this is my last year with them

I’m getting charged more than 50% of my return. The simple returns are supposed to be free. It’s fraud the advertisement is false. I feel taken advantage of as a consumer because this is one of the very few tools that’s makes the process easy but at the cost of my already small refunds. It’s ridiculous.
