Making me pay extra money just to file a document that isn't by any means rare AND your software can't even process it, so I have to file by mail anyway. Why am I paying you to file stuff by mail. I don't need you for that. But you don't even say you can't e-file this form until after you confirm my payment. Absolute scum.
