It was ok, not being able to manually enter the W2 info was a bit of a pain but other than that, pretty much like filing taxes anywhere else
Pros: My employment status changed this year

nonstop checking and double checking, no free state or federal filing as advertised. and upsell attempts about every third screen. also weak help articles that were not helpful

Turbo tax robbers
