turbo tax is very simple to use

Easy - but Sketchy

I like the ease of Turbo Tax. I absolutely don't like how they try to trick you into purchasing more expensive products. I didn't want the $44 Premier Service option, but they won't let you out of the page without accepting it. That seems wrong. Otherwise I like how quick filing taxes is on Turbo Tax

Easy to Use

I have used TurboTax every year for many years. I appreciate the simplicity and answers to questions a long the way. It has gotten increasingly difficult to spot marketing "partner" traps like Credit Karma, or extra fees. I have to carefully read everything. Other than that, I really like using the online service and will continue for now.

I was critical at first because I thought it was not going to let me claim Standard deduction on Federal and Itemize Deductions on State, but after going forward with both it actually did carryover from my Federal once I entered the Itemized on Federal. I made it much more difficult then what it was. Turbo Tax was very easy and fast, once I got out of the way.
