Previous years were much more user friendly

The last new versions have been a little more complicated to use. The previous version with the icons at the top that let me go back and forth as I received the docs in the mail, I could enter them as I received them...this version does not have the same flow or ease of use. The Notes that wanted to be rated that pop on the screen were very disruptive as I could not access the X at the top corner due to my screen tabs at the top. I had to have help to figure that out and remove them just to close that notice to rate the app.

turbo tax is fast and EASY.. I was having problems with my kids social security income and I chatted with a live agent and she was very sweet and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything and guided me through the process to make sure it was entered correctly
Pros: My employment status changed this year

It's a very step-by-step easy process. Also, if you don't understand, they explain things very well in detail.
