Fix your customer accessibility and billing.

Instructions not clear on phone app but became apparent on computer site. Had to upgrade to Deluxe because of 1095 filing and it charged me for a state return filing... but FLORIDA does not have state income tax filing. Why should I be charged? Got in touch with agent Jacqueline who overrode the problem but that should NOT have been necessary. These are two of the reasons I dropped TurboTax 10 years ago and went with FreeTax USA. I see nothing has changed... so you have lost at least 10 yers of my business because of it.
