The actual tax part is great. But when you call customer service because youre having some trouble it tries to sell you and nothing else. Then when you get to the end it upgraded me even when I did not select this and then doesn;t give me a way to cancel forcing me to pay the additional amount. in this case $44
I want a credit!!!
