Like the improvements!
I found an error (my input) last year shortly after filing online and didn’t know what to do. I contacted Turbo Tax and was guided thru an amendment. Nice to have that support and have my income tax filings stored in one place.

CONSIDERING USING DIFFERENT OPTION NEXT SEASON

Turbo tax is very user friendly, however, this year i was forced into paying an additional $44 due to paying with my refund, i am going to consider looking into different options on filing my taxes for the next tax year. this is absolutely ridiculous, as you are already charging a fee to use your service, but why not take more money from tax payers. Turbo Tax also does not disclose that this charge is for paying with your refund, instead, they advertise it as if you are getting MAX benefit, which you are now because you are forced to pay the additional if you wish to have the funds due paid through your refund.
