Taking 118 to file my taxes electronically when im only getting 170 dollars back is criminal and I will never be using your tax services again.

I have been using Turbotax for over a decade. I love how easy it is to use but I am disappointed in how advertisement say you may use the service for free if used by a certain date and you still have to pay.
