Your rep. Brittany working from Arizona provided a wonderful & bright solution to some problems that had me stumped. She made my day; restored my faith in human nature & my own ability to solve simple problems by staying calm. I was happy to pay a fee when I realized the value added by having a real human to share a problem with. Huge lesson here for any service provider. You will always NEED human interaction so long as humans are your customers.

scam behavior at every turn. Waiting till checkout to say the tax return is not simple and no longer qualifies for the free service is late in the game to make that announcement. Additionally taking $40 out of your return to not have to pay with card is outrageous
