You based my filing on las years filing which you switch Standard to Deluxe which I didn't need for income from Social Security and Retirement, no other income and no other deductions. Standard fee plus extra fees.

It was fine. I do not like the constant pop up asking me to upgrade. It feels like I’m being harassed to buy something I’ve already declined several times. Other than that I do want to brag on a customer representative (Cyndi)that was so helpful solving an issue I e been having with my account for the past two years. She was super kind and resourceful.
