straight forward software

easy way to file standard taxes, looking forward to doing itemized taxes in the future. only things that dont sit right is the fact that state taxes are charged separately and is not implied in the beginning of the filling process and the extra charge to receive early refund when there should be an option to waive that payment and receive return in the approximate 21 day wait.
other than that, it is a good software to use and would recommend

New service charge

Very disappointed that I've been using the service for over ten years, and they decided that the loyal customers paid while only first time users get the free service. I would love a customer loyalty program. still very satisfied with the ease of service but sad to be disregarded because the loyal customer no longer matters.
