I selected to be charged from my tax return but instead got charged right now, when that is not what I selected at all.

The process was user friendly. I did not have to talk to a tax expert. The prompts, resources and reviews were easy to follow.

I file quickly and with ease every single year because I use TurboTax. TurboTax provides all the tools that I need to make the whole process as pain-free as possible. Great for a person with an issue reading numbers correctly! The fees are a little high for me this year, but I know it's still faster and cheaper than making an appointment and sitting down with a tax professional. So much more convenient, as well!
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved
