Disappointed in having to pay an extra service fee

Didn't think I'd have to pay extra for being a doordash driver as it required me to get deluxe to file. Same exact thing I'd have to enter with a regular W-2. 100+ extra I wasn't planning on having to spend!

I just wanted the basic program, and even though I meticulously avoided all your other attempts at raising more fees, I still ended up with paying and extra $44 for "premium" on top of the basic. Really a shoddy practice.

RMD problem

Issues with Turbo Tax accepting dollars and cents for the actual RMD, only dollars for the amount of RMD paid. It created a situation where the numbers did not match and the return would not be processed for filing immediately. Therefore, I will probably switch providers next year.
