I find turbotax very user friendly. I can get though in very quick and there is no line to wait in and no appointment to set up. I like how there is help if I need it.

Annoyed the entire time. Kept saying I claimed a solar/wind power energy credit when I didn't, and I've researched others saying the same. Then, I was forced to upgrade to deluxe in order to file.... Falsely advertised as $39 when it actually ended up being $118 to file.
