Money hungry

Even if you do not need to upgrade, you can complete the task yourself. TurboTax still charges you and forces you to upgrade. They stated that my tax return was too "complex." If they could charge you for just viewing their app or mentioning their name, they would.

turbo tax is my go to when filing taxes. for the most part its really easy and they walk you through it. this year was a little more challenging but got it figured out and send off.
