Turbo tax is getting more user friendly but still hard to navigate the online version because I always used the desktop version. I entered my W2's and 1098 yesterday only to find they did not save and I had to redo everything again today. Not happy. :(
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Easy to use. Tired of paying for it when I'm the one doing all the work.120 dollars in fees is absurd.

I always feel safe using TurboTax, but wish we had lower rates.
