Pretty easy to use. Didn't take as long as expected. i did need to go back and change something and had a bit of a struggle figuring how to get to the specific part i needed to, but ended up figuring it out.

It's an extremely easy and user friendly product. they offered help throughout the process and gave me plenty of opportunity to use their assistance features it linked wit my employers and helped fill in info which was incredibly helpful and it didn't miss any information.
