Turbo tax is fast and user friendly!

Turbo Tax was easy to download, fast, and user friendly. I finished doing my federal and state taxes in less than 45 minutes~ and I received maximum refund!!!

I went all the way through my return with the free version only it is apparently no longer free. They ask for my bank information along with a credit card. Then proceeded to charge me 49 dollars when the screen clearly had a 7 with a line through it. It looked like there was no charge. Boy was I wrong. They don’t give you the option to cancel the return.

I did not ask for a "Premium" Whatever they put at the end of my taxes. I wanted my taxes done for FREE like I have done in the past for YEARS now. I am very angry I already had to pay $39!!! OUT OF MY RETURN!! Just to be charged another freaking $44 FEE?!

Very easy to use. Like that through the process, there are at least 2 or 3 checks in place to make sure nothing is missed or that any information may have changed. Took me about 45 minutes from start to finish and I will probably continue to use TurboTax every year in the future. I have used it for many years now and have always been happy with the speed of doing taxes from start to finish, the thoroughness of confirming information, and checking for every tax break available.
