The filing part was easy, BUT I did not ask for the MAX and it would not let me pay my taxes with out paying for the MAX. So on that part of Turbo Tax I was not happy, and now they are saying my information may be compromised.

Unethical tactics and undisclosed fees

The tax portal should not allow user to select 'Subtract Fee from Return' without disclosing the associated turbo tax fee on that same page. The user doesn't know they are being charged more when making that decision because it's not disclosed until the following web page. It's unethical to have users selecting an option without knowing how it will effect their fees to turbo tax.
