Beyond easy and helpful!

It is self-explanatory, it literally walks you right through everything. I even made a few mistakes and for the $49 they charge to review everything it was worth it. I almost lost a few thousand and would have never known. They will catch you at the end with an additional $40 processing fee but honestly way cheaper than any other Tax site I have been to. This will be the tenth year filing with them and will continue to do so.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I had a baby

Everything has been very easy to use, easy to understand, with help on the side if needed. I've been using Turbotax for years and Ill be back for another round next year.
