I have been using TurboTax for over 8 years and each year it gets better and better. The ease and availability to the tools needed to get the best refunds is all right here.

Disingenuous

I'm so sick of them trying to upsell to the next package on every other screen. And how I still end up paying more than what the original fee is. It's very disingenuous to advertise one thing, have me go thru my taxes and give me a bigger bill. Definitely going to find a better more transparent company next year. Edit: And now I can't even submit my scathing review without giving you even more info and wasting more of my time??
