Importing my employer info, with dollar amounts, using what I guess was AI, made this the fastest filed tax return in my entire life. Highly, highly recommend.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

It is easy to do they could do better at explaining what qualifies for certain questions like dependent care expenses is that just daycare or does it include diapers or wipes. Also if they could make it easier to see where you can review a different section as well as the extra fee at the end for filing return
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I had a baby

Very easy and straight forward to complete. However, surprise extra charge at the end to take fees out of refund.
