Glitches in document upload

A glitch in the upload process for 1099-g was duplicating income and causing issues with the filing process. Difficult to get support without being told to PAY for live tax help. Ultimately searching for my issue elsewhere I was able to find a solution. Very frustrating experience to then still have to pay for.

I have been using Turbo tax for 15 years. Every year they make a lot of improvements and really explain everything along the way. They really make doing my taxes as easy as possible, and help me feel confident that I am doing things correctly

No Free State Return

For the most part, it was easy to file for a refund. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because I had to track back to figure out how to add my 1099 forms.
